RETURN POLICY

RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED REFUNDS IN THE FORM OF AN E-GIFT CARD

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item (packaged marked delivered) to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with our Sycamore + Belle tags, and any other original packaging.
  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoebox. The shoebox needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Failure of this policy will result in a $5-$25 restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original “like new” condition. No human hair, animal hair, deodorant, smoke, perfume, makeup stains, or food stains on theitem(s) you wish to return. You will also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at brianna@sycamoreandbelle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all shipping charges are non-refundable by us.
  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If you receive a damaged item you need to notify us within 4 days of the delivery date.
  • Please email us photos of the damage and the order number to assist you in the problem.
  • We cannot be held responsible for damages reported past the 4 days from delivery.
  • Returns will not be accepted on items damaged as a result of washing or wear.
  • Any and all damaged items must have all tags attached including our Sycamore + Belle tag.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as:

  • Final sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Underwear
  • Hair accessories (such as hair ties, bows, clips, head bands, etc.)
  • Hats
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We will replace items that are not marked as delivered, but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Here are some recommendations to help track down your package.

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking number to see where the mail delivery person dropped off your package.
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package was dropped off next door. 
  • On occasion USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package arrives.
